UseBrukes for å registrere PI-RADS v2.1 klassifiseringen. Denne arketypen er designet for å være nøstet inn i en relevant CLUSTER-arketype, der én instans av denne arketypen brukes til å registrere PI-RADS klassifiseringen for hvert unormalt område identifisert i prostata. Per dags dato finnes det ingen validert norsk oversettelse av verktøyet. Man har derfor i arketypen valgt å beholde orginalspråk for dataelementene. Om det på et tidspunkt etableres en validert norsk oversettelse, vil arketypen oppdateres med denne.
