Verdien for PaO₂ blir normalt registrert annet sted i pasientjournalen, for eksempel som del av svar på arteriell blodgassanalyse (OBSERVATION.laboratory_test_result). Verdien for FiO₂ blir normalt registrert annet sted i pasientjournalen, i elementet 'FiO₂' (at0052) i CLUSTER.inspired_oxygen (Innåndet oksygen).
